Dr. Burhan Fatah is the founder, president and chief executive officer of Sivoo and its parent company Sivoo Holdings Inc. A physicist with keen business discipline, Dr. Fatah has led Sivoo to become one of the leaders in the Internet television market for multicultural on-demand entertainment.
Prior to founding BroadRelay in 2000, Dr. Fatah was one of the most sought-after consultants in e-mail and Internet technologies to many Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Fatah founded, and subsequently franchised, one of the first Internet cafes in the country. Previously, while at Unisys, he was on the team that developed the world’s first commercially available open e-mail system.
As a physicist, Dr. Fatah has worked under four Nobel Prize winners in physics. While working on his Ph.D. thesis at CERN, in Geneva, Switzerland — the birth place of the World Wide Web. In fact, Dr. Fatah was among the first one hundred users to test the Web.
A noted author, Dr. Fatah has published several research papers and has written a book on Electronic Mail systems.
Dr. Fatah holds a master’s degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics from the University of Bucharest.
Christopher Myers is a passionate serial entrepreneur, having founded five start-ups. He has been COO of SIVOO since April 2006 and was made president and COO in April 2007. Mr. Myers leads business planning and strategic initiatives for SIVOO, including creating the company's financial and transactional models, implementing the go-to-market and public market strategies, obtaining funding for operations, and establishing key business relationships to position the company as a category leader.
Mr. Myers has been active in venture capital as a Director of early-stage venture funds since 2002 including Trailblazers Capital Partners, where he was a founding director and was charged with fundraising, and RGVP where he was an entrepreneur-in-residence and later a director. While with RGVP, the fund incubated Casino Management Systems, a CRM startup of which Mr. Myers was CEO.
Prior to this, he was a founder and the CEO of searchbuilder.com from 1997 to 2002, one of the largest providers of search engine optimization and search engine marketing services in the U.S. with a Fortune 500 customer base including major online advertising agencies like Avenue A, Ogilvy 1, and Left Field. Searchbuilder.com worked on accounts such as Best Buy, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, Mac & PC Mall, Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, and Yahoo! Mr. Myers created the "cost-per-action" pricing model and associated products to gain rapid and widespread market acceptance and shape the field.
Mr. Myers was the sole founder and creative director of H.I. Creative, which he built, from 1993 to 1997, into the largest publication services agency in the Southwest U.S., producing nine titles for five publishers including award-winning nationally distributed magazines such as THE magazine and Mothering. His agency's work has been exhibited in two museum shows and was honored with two "Best Of" nominations from Folio West in a single year for "Best Consumer Tabloid" and "Best Consumer Quarterly".
Mr. Myers founded his first venture, play-by-mail game company Duskenhaig, while still in his teens. Myers attended the New College of Florida, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the New School for Social Research in New York.
Mr. Pancoast has served as a core developer at Sivoo since 2002. He has engineered and implemented software that utilizes the back-end database and application server environments to support secure video delivery to a large user base. Mr. Pancoast has over six years of software development experience with time critical database applications, multi-threaded applications, and end-user targeted GUI applications. He has worked at companies such as WebLinc LLC, the University of Pennsylvania, Lockheed Martin, and worked on his own as a private consultant.
He has participated in projects involving Biomedical Information Extraction, Automated Workflow Systems, E-Commerce based web applications, and Information and Media Warehousing. Mr. Pancoast has a unique set of technical skills involving hardware and software configuration, software development that must efficiently utilize hardware, as well as user-based API development to make use of complicated back-end functionality.
Mr. Pancoast has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University.

Mr. Fenstermaker has served as the Director of Technology Operations since April, 2006. In his role, he has been responsible for the Team, design, and enhancement of the network architecture and the associated systems.
Mr. Fenstermaker has over 7 years of Technology Operations experience, designing and maintaining network systems handling millions of visitors per month. He has worked at Traffic.com where he was responsible for the ongoing operation of both the network architecture and corporate computing infrastructure. Before that, Mr. Fenstermaker worked for The Vanguard Group supporting real-time financial systems used by both the Bond and Equity trading groups.
Mr. Fenstermaker has a broad set of skills involving network hardware, telecommunication systems, systems architecture and design, operating systems, and software/hardware integration. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).
William enjoys playing in local indoor and outdoor soccer leagues in his spare time.
Jeff Ronis has been a member of the core development team since August, 2005. In his role at Sivoo, Mr. Ronis has supported both the Core System Development and Interactive Development teams. Some of the technology he has helped to implement has targeted Sivoo Site Administration and Reporting, Content Encoding and Access Control, and Video Server Management. Currently Jeff is involved with the design and implementation of CEDR, Sivoo's content management, encoding, distribution and reporting platform.
Prior to joining Sivoo, Mr. Ronis worked as a consultant on a variety of web projects, mostly focusing on open-source e-commerce business solutions.
Mr. Ronis has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the Annenberg School For Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master’s of Computer and Information Technology from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, also at the University of Pennsylvania.

James Ludlow was elected Director in 2005 and is the CEO, CFO and co-founder of Imirage, a provider of Internet marketing and technology support to 60 mid-Atlantic based clients. Also, Mr. Ludlow has been instrumental in leading the development, marketing and deployment of two, enterprise, web-based portal software programs and a patent-pending software application that enables web site content and software programs. Mr. Ludlow spent 24 years in a variety of financial, technical and operating management positions at DuPont and Air Products and Chemicals. His expertise centered in providing financial advice, business process improvement and the deployment of electronic commerce technologies. He has 22 published professional articles and has been quoted in many publications including Harvard Business Review and Fortune. Mr. Ludlow has taught 14 accounting and finance courses at the University of Delaware and Penn State University, and has spoken at many conferences and panels. He has worked in leadership and Board positions with organizations including the Chemical Industry Data Exchange. In 1994, his first book, The Road to Wealth, which reflects his personal investment philosophies and advice, appeared in bookstores nationwide. He holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
Hooshang Sadiky was elected as a Director in 2005. Mr. Sadiky has OVER 20 years experience in IT in technical and management capacities. Mr. Sadiky owned his own IT consulting company in the Philadelphia region, and has worked in global organizations making significant contributions towards process and design capabilities in deployment, integration, and operations of information technology services. His background encompasses business-to-business e-Commerce, business unit divestiture, and project management. Mr. Sadiky holds a Bachelor or Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. During 1980s Mr. Sadiky researched and co-published numerous technical and scientific papers in the area of Theoretical Laser Physics in journals such as Physical Review, Optics Communications, SPIE, and Springer-Verlag.
